Thank you so much for this much needed reminder. This past year has been a changer for me as I navigate empty nest, change in jobs, financial issues, health issues, aging parents and all the other small things that can go wrong/change that will! But, with a new-found focus on mindfulness, I’m navigating all that is going on in my life and finding, surprisingly, an inner peace that surrounds me. Reading your articles adds to this peace and the advise I carry with me throughout the day. So happy I found you!
Hey thank you so much for letting us know. Yes absolutely we need to embrace the change and find ways to love the journey. It really is a choice and positive perspective. It helps to be reminded to go to the positive side instead of the negative. We are happy you found us too!
